ここ最近強風続きで寒かったですが、

今日は久々に風が弱く水面は綺麗なフラットで漕ぎ日和でした！

メンバーも全員揃い、吉田拓選手によるカヌースラロームを使っての基礎作りを行いました。

ボートの重心がどこにあるか、
ブレードの角度は効率が良いか、
入水位置は正確か、
などなど分解して個人の感覚を磨き

ラフティングでも同じように細かく分解して全員で落とし込み共有

基本があるからこそ、流れや動きに対応ができる。
冬やり込みます！
