全体練習

お疲れ様です！

今週は全体練習ということで選手5人と練習生の計6人で練習しました！

カヌースプリント出身の尾野藤コーチに来ていただきフォワードストロークの基礎をしっかり固めなおしました！

次に参加する大会は2月末のニュージーランドでの大会です。久しぶりの6人乗りの大会なので楽しみです。チーム全員で一丸となって臨みたいと思います。
